Arugula and Belgian endive with roasted honeynut squash, diced green apples, dollops of celery root and green apple purée, celery root chips, hot maple pepitas, crispy sage and apple cider vinaigrette.

Local mixed greens with shaved farmstand veggies and red onion dressed in a golden balsamic vinaigrette.

WOOD-FIRED PIZZA

Traditional Neapolitan style pies from the wood-fired oven. The dough is made with our sourdough starter and cold fermented for 72 hours. Baked for about 90 seconds, the result is a crust that is soft & spongy with charred spots called “leoparding”. All pizzas are 12”.

 

Any Wood-fired Pizza can be made vegetarian, vegan or gluten free. â€‹

Amazing Bolognese  $28

A base of brie cream, mozzarella and provolone, with Bolognese sauce (wood-fired pork and beef with tomato, aromatics), diced celeriac and carrot, charred balsamic pearl onion and herbs.

The crown jewel of our traditional Neapolitan pizzas! This iconic wood-fired pizza gets its name from an Italian Queen, and this is one pizza fit for royalty.

The pizza that started it all. This pizza without cheese was originally enjoyed by Italian sailors, and later popularized by summertime beachgoers. Tomatoes and garlic are the stars in this delightful showstopper.

SPC SIGNATURE PIZZA

Our Signature Pizzas feature a naturally leavened crust that soft but crispy. Cold fermented for 72 hours, with strong sourdough flavor. Baked in our Swedish electric deck oven for 4-7 minutes. All pizzas are 12”.

 

Any Signature Pizza can be made vegetarian, vegan or gluten free.

This veggie lasagna is a multi-dimensional flavor explosion. Layered with zucchini, chopped mixed Mycopia Farms mushrooms, fresh basil, fresh oregano, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan. Served in a cast iron dish with both the SPC legendary Marinara Sauce and our newly crafted Bellwether Farms Carmody Cream Sauce. Finished with fresh herbs.

Meat Decadence Lasagna  $26

This is the lasagna of your dreams. Layered with Italian spiced beef and pork with marinara, basil, oregano, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, parmesan. Served in a cast iron dish with both SPC's legendary Marinara Sauce and our newly crafted Bellwether Farms Carmody Cream Sauce. Finished with fresh herbs.
