The art of pizza is a craft to be loved and approached as a never ending pursuit of perfection. We pride ourselves on using the finest organic ingredients from local farms and the very best vendors.
Our naturally leavened sourdough crust is made from 100% organic blends, locally sourced in Petaluma, and cold-fermented for 72 hours before service. The result is an incredibly flavorful crust that is highly digestible. Our pizza mozzarella & provolone blends are sourced from Grande, arguably the highest quality available. All produce is local from Sonoma County and 100% organic.
At Sonoma Pizza Co. our focus is creating the highest quality product possible and having a damn good time in the process. We hope you enjoy!

Every pizza can be made gluten free or vegan with no extra charge.
We offer many veggie (v), vegan (vg) and dairy-free (df) options. Most pizzas can be made veggie (v) or vegan (vg) upon request.
All SPC pizzas can be made gluten-free (gf) unless otherwise noted.
Please note that our gf pizzas are made in the same ovens as our flour pizzas, and therefore are not safe for celiac customers.
Sonoma Pizza Co. is a family operation, created by husband and wife team Chris Smith & Eda Atasoy. Forestville locals since 2018, we wanted to share our passion for artisan pizza and create an amazing dining experience for the local community. Chris is a hospitality veteran and owner of multiple bars and restaurants in San Francisco. He learned to make pizza from the legendary Tony Gemignani several years ago and has since been perfecting his craft. His wife Eda (a graphic designer by trade) handles all the design and branding for the business.
To take things to the next level, we partnered with the incredible Carl Shelton as our Executive Chef. Carl brings 15 years of fine dining experience to the team and has led multiple Michelin star kitchens, including famed Napa Valley spot, The Restaurant at Meadowood, and Boka in Chicago. Carl shares Chris’s relentless passion for pizza and the vision of working with local farmers and purveyors.
The pizzeria also boasts an impressive beverage program and a small but mighty wine shop. Beverage Director, Matias Tasley also brings a Michelin starred background to the menu, which offers exclusive wines on-tap, house made sodas, and ice cream floats. The wine shop features a rotating and curated selection of forward thinking California producers.
